Warm the milk slightly (not hot) and mix in the instant yeast. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix into a rough dough. Rest dough for 10 minutes, then knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour, until puffy. Divide into 16 pieces. Shape into balls. Place each piece on a small parchment square on a baking sheet. Cover with lightly with tea towel and rest 15 minutes. Flatten, brush the inside lightly with oil, fold/shape as desired.
