➡️ 1.8 lb / 800gr beef chunks (for stew)
➡️ 1lb / 500gr celery greens
➡️ one bunch of celery stalks
➡️ 1 onion
➡️ 1 leek
➡️ 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
➡️ a bunch of fresh parsley
➡️ a bunch of fresh dill
➡️ 1-2 lemon (about a quarter cup)
➡️ 2 eggs
➡️ salt
➡️ ground black pepper
