    Looks good to me. I’m sure the only criticism you’ll get is that the shrimp look heat-cooked when they should only be “cooked” by the lime juice to be aguachile. Regardless, if it tasted good that’s ALL that matters.

    Looks good..but this looks more like a ceviche to me. Agua chille features raw shrimp de-natured In lime juice as the signature ingredient. I wouldn’t bother with agua chille if I couldn’t get wild caught fresh shrimp..if these are your standard farm raised super market fare shrimp..cooking is the way to go.

    Only thing I would do is cube the avacado smaller and lightly toss so that the avacado slightly thickens the liquid and clings better to the ingredients.
