    Natural sugar is just as healthy as artificial sugar. You’re still eating sucrose whether you’re eating cane sugar or honey.

    Sugar in itself isn’t bad. What is bad is the high fructose corn syrup that is in literally EVERYTHING in the US.

    THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH SUGAR IN MODERATION! why are people scared of sugar? Unless your habits are excessive and out of control, you have nothing to be worried about.

    Honey is considered added sugar and depending on what type of yogurt and granola that is, they could also have added sugars. But sugar isn’t the enemy, it’s the amount of sugar we tend to consume that’s bad.
