




Loved our meal at Kar Son last week. Chongqing chicken was perfectly crispy. Dan Dan was spicier than I'm used to but still great. Human wok fried beef was great…and spicy. Mapo was great, but honestly couldnt really tell how spicy since my mouth was pretty lit up. Not pictured, braised beef noodle soup (non spicy), which may have been my favorite of the night. Crispy fried milk for dessert was super good. Soft velvety texture, not too sweet. Also not spicy!
I would say in general, expect spicy. Next time I'll go out of my way to order some non spicy dishes since the spice builds over the course of the meal.
