Tri tip hung on the Pit Barrel Cooker.

Figured I’d hang a tri tip on my PBC to see how it goes. I smoked it for about an hour on the barrel and finished it on the Weber directly on fire until 135ish.

My wife can eat tri tip every day, I’m more of a tenderloin\tomahawk kinda guy.
