OMG I finally made it!

As a die-hard fan of lasagna, I go out for it almost 3times a week. Today I made up my mind and picked out a package of lasagna wrappers at supermarket. And I tried to follow the recipe of sauces from a post of Reddit. TBH, it’s a little bit salty for me. I’m not sure if the Canned tomatoes really suit the dish or I need to try some fresh on next time?

Anyway damn it’s really amazing that idk how to express my excitement!!

Do u guys understand what my feeling right now?

    congratulations! you’ve made lasagna! Next up… make bechamel… it will be a game changer. A few tablespoonfuls of butter and equal parts flour.. together with milk will give you a creamy sauce to layer within, or on top.

    sometimes less tomato sauce is more. , spinach, ricotta, zucchini or peppers can boost your lasagna without adding salt. Have fun. Way to go!

    It looks delicious. Hopefully ricotta cheese will help counteract any saltiness. Although for me, there can never be too much cheese!

    Looks delicious! I love to cheat and use Ragu sauce with extra tomato sauce in mine. I add onion and sauteed mushrooms to my meat sauce which I layer with noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

    I don’t use any egg or ricotta because I like mine a bit saucey along with real cheesiness.
