
Fried cod filets and fennel with olive oil, added white wine, salt, coarsely ground white pepper and granulated chicken bouillon, let it evaporate, then added heavy cream and at the very end dill and parsley.
I can’t have onion and garlic, but both would be fantastic here! Parmesan could be a good fit too. It was still absolutely divine without these.
