god damn… tasting notes of sweet & juicy melon, golden kiwi and watermelon; first time I’ve had such amazing tasting espresso which perfectly matched the described notes – barista wasn’t happy with the first pull after tasting and re-brewed having made a few adjustments, talk about attention to detail and living for the craft!

    Which one(s) did you go to. We went to the one just north of Ginza last month on our visit and absolutely loved it. The coffee and the vibe. Brought back some beans for various friends and theyve all loved their pour overs they made.
