    I’ve done a rainbow cake too.

    The most trouble I ever had was with Bacon Maple Cupcakes I made for Canada Day a few years ago. I dropped a pan as I was taking them out of the oven, so made another full batch (my husband had to work that day, so I made treats for him and his co-workers). That time I picked up my Tupperware Cupcake tote by the handle.

    I don’t do that anymore because their “locking system” is for the birds. As were the cupcakes I dropped that time.

    Then, even after I told the hubby that he should carry that thing by the bottom and not the handle, he did so, and fed the birds and our barn cats some cupcakes on the sidewalk.

    I posted about it on FB and ticked off one of the Tupperware ladies I’m friends with, because I used a wide tip sharpie to write a note on the lid mentioning that “you cannot carry this by the handle” in 2″ high letters.

    Honestly the peachy color makes it so you don’t even miss the red!! And someone said this but it goes really well with the sprinkles!! Also those layers are CRISP
