Beautiful day out, never smoked burgers before and figured why not!
1 hour at 200 with hickory for the indirect and finished with the sear. Might be the best damn burger I’ve made so far!

I actually get the frozen Kirkland or Sam’s Club burgers and just marinate them with some Kinder’s “The Blend” seasoning and Worcestershire sauce on each side about 1 hour before cooking. (Season side one, wait 30 mins, flip, season side two)
No need to thaw completely, partially frozen gives a little more time to get some smoke. I cook them for about 1 hour @ 225. Add desired cheese and then get your buns/sides ready. Bam, easy dinner!

Best burgers ever!! Stuff some next time. Made some at a bbq/cookout once and folks had the nerve to tell me they weren’t done because they were red/pink. Smh, had to learn em about smoked meats!

Every time I eat a burger without that smoke flavor it always seems like something important is missing. You just ruined cheeseburgers for yourself in the best way!

Right? Never had better burgers than this!

Smoked burgers are super underrated!

Dude frozen patties on the smoker is genius, way less drying out than fresh ground.
Might be my favorite smoke. About an hour total. Hard to mess up. Make as many or as few as you want. Even like keeping one leftover for breakfast.

Smokers got popular and people forget that this is just called grilling.

I made 4 for my wife and I for dinner the other night (first time smoking burgers as well). Went out to Walmart the next morning and grabbed a manager’s special 4 pack for myself for lunch because they were so good!
