Hear me out. We regularly eat cold tufo chopped up dipped in soy sauce with sesame seeds. It’s a lovely starter. I live w/ a half Japanese dude and a four year old. We all love it

If you had about 8 more minutes – sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder and pan fry until golden. Flip, brush on sauce, and take off after the other side is golden.

Honestly i have no issue with this. It looks like the supper firm vaccuum sealed tofu which i find pretty good raw for having that nice “meaty” texture and bbq gives all the flavor.
