Fast casual Mediterranean restaurant Hungry Zus is expanding with a new location in Vancouver that will make UBC students very happy.

Live at UBC shared the news on Instagram that the eatery would be making its debut on campus soon. Additionally, the restaurant has shared the news in its Instagram bio.

Hungry Zus is best known for its selection of customizable bowls, wraps, and more. It also offers plenty of options for protein (like lemon herb chicken, grilled pork, and falafels), as well as a choice of base, veggies, and sauces.

During our visit to its first location, we were big fans of the Lemon Herb Chicken Bowl and the Amazing Pork Gyro Wrap, as well as its Cucumber Mint Lime Refresher and selection of sides (those zucchini fries were top-notch in our books).

An official opening date and address for this new Hungry Zus location have yet to be announced.

The news of this new location follows the announcement that Toronto-based smash burger chain Rosie’s Burgers would be opening its first B.C. outpost at UBC as well.
