Making ceviche de camaron (that's shrimp ceviche for english speakers) for din din and I had to work SO HARD not to put the whole onion in my dish. Of course, every sensible person would just commit the whole jawn. You'd have to be an insane person or Jeffery Epstein to not commit the whole onion immediately. But the realizion grew that too much thang would detract from the others. Working on exercising onion control in my meals, but not necesarily in life. Tomorrow I will be back to FULL THROTTLE ONION LIFE

I’ve been working on this technique of moderation as well. Garlic is the other one I’m trying to be mindful to not double or triple in a given recipe 🤣

Did… did you just admit that you’re insane and share qualities with Jeffery Epstein?

I’ll make one for everyone and then have my own on the side with extra ! 🙄

My onion self-control is usually preparing the onions in different ways, usually half raw and half cooked
