Perfectly sweet and creamy mango passion fruit panna cotta. Dairy free and gelatine free , suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Very easy to make.
Ingredients:
– 1 ripe mango (flesh only)
– 60 g sugar
– 6 g agar agar
– 400 ml coconut milk
Method:
Blend mango, sugar, agar agar and coconut milk. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally. Divide between ramekins and chill. It will set very quickly. Top with fresh passion fruit and enjoy!
