A Mediterranean style restaurant is eyeing the former Howl at the Moon piano bar location near North Market in Columbus. The building located at 504 Park St. was purchased by One Hospitality in 2025.

One Hospitality has been busy in the Park St. area—they’re the same team behind Astra Rooftop located at 517 Park St. in the AC Hotel. The Mediterranean dining concept is reportedly called Sugar. There’s no opening date confirmed, but interior work at the site has begun.
The area is getting big changes in 2026, with the 32-story Merchant Building set to open later this year. That will feature an expansion of North Market, a 200+ room hotel, apartments, restaurants, offices, and parking.
