Earbud case for size.. the barons red is pretty hot.. same with mamas, the yellow is just blissfully crispy on the tongue. Can douse stuff (if you like hot) didnt try the matouks but it came highly recommended.
It says "salsa" it's not.. just kinda how it rolls down there.

I absolutely love the Baron (yellow) sauce. I put it on everything. It’s not really hot (to me), but it is hot. It is just so flavorful. I also own all the Matouk’s line of sauces. They are all fantastic, and are pretty hot. Good pick up, these sauces are top tier. 🔥🔥
Salsa means sauce. Salsa picante literally means hot sauce. Salsa in the US is what they’d call pico de gallo or salsa fresca outside the US.

Salsa means sauce in Spanish. Salsa picante means spicy sauce or hot sauce…
The good news is that if you like these, Baron and Matouk’s are sold in the U.S. My family loves Matouk’s and we drink it like water.
I miss working in the Caribbean. Love the Matouks.
I really liked the Red Baron on just about everything. The yellow one… I’m going to have a hard time getting through because I didn’t realize it was so mustard-forward. Made the mistake of putting that one on my eggs, woof.
I’m jealous, my nearby Jungle Jims Int’l market stopped carrying that Baron West Indian sauce, love that stuff.

Matouks is fire. Barons has a weird coloring added. Idk.
I also brought home some of the yellow Baron from there. In my opinion, great mix of flavor and heat. Though, it did have unique flavor. Not flavor that I would recommend for anything.
