1)Roasted Tomato and Garlic

ingredients:
a bunch of tomatoes (about 6-8)
1 x small red pepper
3 button mushrooms
200g yoghurt
dill, salt, pepper and 1 tsp garlic paste
1 x soft boiled eggs
2 x small slices of spelt bread

2)Cilbir (turkish breakfast)
399 calories, 21g carbs, 21g fat, 35g protein
Ingredients200g thick Greek yogurt2 eggs1 tsp garlic paste1 small slice sourdough, rye or spelt toast1 tsp butter (5-10g)1 tsp chilli flakes or Aleppo pepperPinch of sweet paprikapinch fresh dill or parsleySalt and black pepper

3) Avocado and Sweet Potato Bowl
458 calories, 38g carbs, 17g fat, 31g protein
Ingredients200g thick Greek yoghurt1 tsp garlic paste
pinch salt
crank black pepper
pinch dill
pinch chives

Toppings
about 1/2 cooked sweet potato (seasoned with salt, garlic, pepper and sweet smoked paprika)
4-5 x ripe vine tomatoes
1/4 – 1/2 avocado (mixed with 1-2 tsps ff cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and a good squeeze of lime)
10g feta cheese
parsley
chilli flakes

  1. been doing these types of savoury yoghurt dishes for years, good healthy alternative to mayo and for a salad dressing base

  2. You can use a spoon to deposit the egg into the pot, and you can use that same spoon to lift it out! Works great for softboiled/hard boiled eggs

  4. Omg I was WAITING for a video like this last Sunday.. unfortunately I was lacking your guidance and had to improv— but it turned out GREAT. I found out mashed garlic, Dijon mustard, some cottage cheese, and a bit of nooch makes a perfect base to mix in the yogurt 🙂 topped with broiled tomato/garlic, kabocha/sweet potato, soy marinated egg and pickled red onions.
