Just tried a Sans Rival cake and honestly… it’s really good.
It’s got these crispy cashew layers with buttery frosting in between, and the texture is the best part. Crunchy, creamy, and kind of light at the same time. The cashews give it this nice roasted flavor so it’s sweet but not in an overly so.
