I got the Profitec Go in January but had to wait a couple of months for the DF54. It arrived from Espresso Outlet yesterday and replaces my seven-year-old Rancilio Rocky, out of which I will never have to fist-pound 2g of retained grounds again.
First shot today as I started dialing in the Grumpy Momentum shouldn't have been that great, it was close to a 50s extraction – but it was incredible, on par with an accidental one-off god shot many weeks ago.
I love these machines. And the colored mugs are a treasure.
