I made this same meal a few weeks ago and it was recommended that I added more vegetables. It is still a rather large portion of rice, but I am underweight, so im fine with some additional calories.

It included shrimp, carrots, broccoli, hemp seeds, chicken bone broth, brown rice, angel sweet tomatoes, hemp seeds, flaxseeds, spinach, and seasonings! I added more vegetables than the first time

    looks banging – obviously it doesn’t fit the 50/25/25 rule but it’s trivial to imagine this with a side salad or more veggies
