
This thing weighs over 20oz. Half the rice is cauliflower and broccoli that's why it's low cal. And the mahi mahi is only 90 cal. It's marinated in gochujang sesame soy sauce black vinegar and a little sugar which I cooked down and used as sauce after marinating the fish. Everything else was blanch and marinated with a little sesame oil and soy sauce
