I’ve had my Baratza Encore ESP for a while and usually did pour over. I had decided to get into making espresso after watching a bunch of workflow videos and got sucked into it. After a month of research I bought my machine and I’m all dialed in ready to go.

I have the same set up. It’s a good setup but I sometimes get the itch to upgrade my grinder. Enjoy!
