Get your spoons ready. Blue Bell’s newest ice cream creation is here, and it combines three of our favorite things.
Today, the beloved Texas creamery unveiled Brookie À La Mode Ice Cream, available in stores now.
So, what’s a “brookie,” you ask? It is a delicious combination of two of the most popular baked desserts: a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie. Mix that with Blue Bell ice cream, and you’ve got a sweet treat guaranteed to bring dessert lovers to their knees.

Blue Bell’s new Brookie À La Mode flavor features a rich, creamy brown sugar ice cream loaded with chunks of brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces.
“We enjoy finding new ways to top already delicious desserts,” Sara Schramm, Blue Bell marketing brand manager, said in a news release. “Blue Bell Ice Cream is the perfect addition to a brookie. Our new flavor starts with a delicious brown sugar ice cream, loaded with chunks of chewy brownies and soft chocolate chip cookies in every bite. It is the best of both, or all three, worlds!”
