When Arthur & Sons opened in Jupiter, it didn’t take long for the restaurant to become one of Palm Beach County’s toughest reservations to score.

For chef Joe Isidori, this response is familiar. His New York City and Hamptons restaurants built devoted followings fueled by word of mouth, social media attention and repeat visits from high‑profile diners.

As the Jupiter location gets underway, Arthur & Sons is drawing renewed attention for its celebrity connections, a through line in Isidori’s career that has followed his New York-style red‑sauce restaurants from Manhattan to Bridgehampton and now to Palm Beach County.

A tough reservation, almost immediately

Arthur & Sons follows a pattern established by Isidori’s earlier openings. His original West Village restaurant gained national attention shortly after debuting, with reservations booking far in advance.

The Bridgehampton location quickly became a summer hotspot, attracting packed dining rooms and frequent celebrity sightings, including Jennifer Lopez’s post-Bridgerton party 55th birthday lunch, according to the New York Post.

In Jupiter, early demand is similarly strong. Within weeks of opening, Arthur & Sons is emerging as one of the area’s most competitive reservations, reflecting the attention surrounding the chef’s arrival and the restaurant’s opening. We hear notable sightings already include Lara and Eric Trump plus his former stepmother, Marla Maples.

Celebrities who follow the chef

High‑profile guests are not a new development for Isidori.

Jimmy Fallon is a longtime supporter whose relationship with the chef dates back to Isidori’s New York years and continued through the Hamptons.

Drew Barrymore is another familiar presence. Isidori recently appeared on her talk show and she dines at Arthur & Sons outside of “The Drew Barrymore Show” television appearances.

Lorraine Bracco is also a patron and friend, a fitting connection for a restaurant rooted in old‑school New York Italian culture.

A familiar menu, deliberately so

Arthur & Sons does not chase trends or reinterpret classics.

The menu centers on New York Italian‑American staples such as chicken parm, baked ziti, meatballs and oversized pastas meant for sharing. Portions are generous, dishes are served family‑style and the dining room is designed to feel busy and lived‑in rather than staged.

That approach mirrors the restaurants Isidori grew up with and cooked in long before his fine‑dining years.

He said his goal is familiarity, “food that feels rooted rather than reinvented.”

Why Jupiter matters

Unlike many high‑profile chefs who operate Florida restaurants from afar, Isidori lives minutes from the Jupiter location and is frequently on site. He has described the restaurant as a personal clubhouse rather than a satellite operation.

Arthur & Sons is named for three generations of Isidoris — grandfather, father and son — and the Jupiter restaurant reflects that lineage. Isidori said he wants diners to feel his presence the moment they walk through the door, a philosophy he carried from fine dining into a red‑sauce format.
