Nah, I’m also team bibimnamyeon.
Love I can order extra broth sometimes, and just enjoy such a refreshing cold noodle dish in the summer. Or any season really. Such a great side dish to have to cleanse the palette when eating fatty / greasy foods.

Is this a new trend where they give you soupy bibim naengmyeon? We usually get naengmyeon when we go KBBQ and lately the place has made their bibim naengmyeon soupy like this.
