    The less reddish ones is what cholula starts to look like as it gets older or if you somehow leave it outside in the sun (like I once did). I’ve noticed the flavor changes too. I kinda prefer the older (or sun baked) cholula bottles

    It’s made with acetic acid now , no longer naturally fermented so it pretty much sucks overall it’s fake now

    Only on pepperoni pizza for me, surprisingly very good on a pie.Those bottles look oxidized.

    They got bought out and the corporation that owns it now changed the recipe using artificial ingredients and more water.
