Another pass of my homemade griddle style burgers (leaning towards a whopper).
- 1x 140g 80/20 patty (~5oz), griddled hard, with salt/pepper
- thin/crisply bacon
- Dry toasted brioche buns (from la Fournee Doree)
- lettuce, frisée, thin sliced tomato, thin sliced red onion
- double sour pickles, mustard, and mayo

Very good, I would have shred that lettuce to make the burger less higher.
