
I wanted to make a waffle that used no egg and a bit less flour, so I figured some kind of fruit or even a carrot + yogurt (as the "egg") could replace it.
The end result is not the worst, but I think making an actual waffle or using a premade one and just adding all the toppings for volume would be better.
Also the flavour was pretty much all tart, so some contrast with ice cream or sugar free pudding would've been better.
The waffle didn't have much structure and stayed floppy, though I might've just undercooked it so I hope I don't get sick from the flour…
If anyone wants the recipe though feel free to ask! The flavor of the waffle was alright (basically just any apple based dessert) and I think someone with more knowledge could make a good one 🙂
