Too much greasy food like fried noodle and spring rolls earlier this week, so we go all vegetarian tonight: a crispy chickpeas and tofu patties, plus a lovely hearat of artichoke and stringbean salad. Need to prepare :
600g chickpeas. 400g tofu, 100g breadcrumb, some dried coriander, 2 artichokes, 100g string bean, 20 cherry tomato, 15 pitless black olives, 1 lemon, 3 tsp of honey, 2 soup spoons of mustard.
As usual, the basic rules of my cooking are:
1. Use less sugar, salt and oil.
2. Use only brown sugar, brown rice.
3. No sugary drinks and sauces.
4. No red meat, only chicken, seafood, turkey, duck or white meat.
5. Avoid cooking with flour as much as possible.
6. No frozen food, ready meal and artificial colouring.
7. Try best to use natural and fresh ingredients.
