How’s my Picanha on pan sauce?

Argentinian grass fed-free roam. Unreal quality here.

Sides are english style roasted carrots and roasted shiitake.

Cast iron for the steak and mushrooms then pan sauce with red wine, soy sauce garlic and pepper with some roux.
