JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has introduced ‘Cabanas at JW Lounge’, an al fresco dining concept centred on Mediterranean cuisine and a curated cocktail programme.

Positioned as an extension of the hotel’s existing JW Lounge, the new space is designed to support both individual and shared dining formats. The setting incorporates natural materials such as stone and timber, alongside layered lighting and greenery, allowing it to transition from early evening service to late-night dining.

The menu features a range of Mediterranean small plates and mains, including mezze such as hummus, moutabel and muhammara, along with dishes like fattoush salad, batata harrah and shakshuka cups. The offering further includes flatbreads, wraps and grills, with items such as shawarma, souvlaki skewers, lamb kofta and seafood options.

The dining experience begins with a tea-based welcome infusion, followed by a paced service format aimed at encouraging longer dining occasions.

A key element of the concept is ‘Solaris’, a cocktail programme structured around different phases of the day. The beverage offering incorporates techniques such as clarification and smoke, along with ingredients sourced from the JW Garden, and includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

The space operates across both daytime and evening service, catering to informal meetings as well as structured dining experiences.
