I feel like i really nailed it this time, the aluminum pan makes temperature control so much easier. I ate it straight out of the pan paired with a quality pale ale.

    Yeah, made it for my parents once in their cast iron pan. Was a different experience compared to my saltapasta at home, to say the least. Took everything in my power to not scramble the eggs, haha
