It’s basic fancy. Dramatically lacking in thoughtfulness, but chock full of fancy wineries whose distributors work with the Augusta National Golf Club. Money can’t buy taste, and the world turns.

Basic Fancy is a good term for it. Nothing to do with distributors but not very good or thoughtful pairings either. More about names and exclusivity than anything on the menu.
See, I know this makes me basic, but I love me a menu like this. It’s like Houston’s but with very good wine. Comfort food!
