  2. Wild Kanpachi with Jicama, cultured cream

  3. Local Abalone Rice with Black garlic, sesame

  4. Scallop in Shell Dashi, smoked trout roe

  5. Line-Caught Black Cod with clams, artichoke

  6. Aged Duck & Smoked Leg with Celery root, spiced apple jus sauce

  7. Whipped Meringue Yogurt Mousse topped with Herbed tea gelée, poached kiwi

  8. Farm Carrot cake with Mascarpone, candied walnuts

Both desserts were extraordinary. I wish this wasn’t a taster’s menu, but the food was all of the highest quality.
