550 g chicken breast 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 1/2 red pepper Parsley 1 tbsp sumac 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 tbsp tomato paste Salt Olive oil
Instructions: 1. Blend chicken breast in a blender until minced. 2. Blend onion, garlic, parsley and red pepper separately. 3. Add to chicken mince. 4. Add all spices, tomato paste and salt. 5. Mix well. 6. Spread on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. 7. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.

Cherry tomatoes Onion Parsley Salt Olive oil
Sauce:
100 g yogurt 1 garlic clove Lemon juice 1 tsp paprika Olive oil Salt Chili flakes Herbs

I have tried it many times…the meat always shrink, and left with puddles of liquid when they are done..dont know why
