Lasagna.
Every holiday, my nonna wakes up at like 5am to make multiple trays of lasagna for the family. This easter was a small gathering so she only made two trays. She got to sleep in. One to take home.

That looks fantastic! I’ve never seen a lasagna made like this. I assume the overhanging pasta sheets are then folded over the top of the filling like a pie?
