3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves pressed
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp liquid honey
5 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
¼ tsp chili flakes
