beef mince 1kg with 20% fat
onion 2 medium 350g
thick yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
red chilli 3/4 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
oregano 1 tbsp
garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp

spicy sauce:

thick yogurt 1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
chilli sauce 2 tbsp
white vinegar 1/2 tbsp
ginger powder 1/2 tsp
chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp

white sauce:

thick yogurt 1/2 cup
mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp
fresh garlic crushed 1-2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
coriander
cucumber 2

onion salad:

onion 1 large
coriander 1/2 cup
lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
sumac powder 1 tbsp

for baking:

bell pepper 2
green chilli 4-5
onion 1-2
