
ive been really timidly entering the world of sourdough for the past year or so. initially I was really excited out the gate and tried to make a focaccia…. three flat and gross attempts later and I decided to take a big step back and try out recipes using discard and other leavening agents. they've been great and tasty! but im happy to announce that these cinnamon buns were raised entirely by my starter!! I feel so accomplished! maybe I can try to focaccia again soon. here's the recipe I used
