You don’t necessarily need to bake zucchini fritters to make them light. These fritters, cooked using just one tablespoon of olive oil, turned out so light and delicious… They’re also a great option for those who want to add oatmeal to their diet 🥰

✔ 1 zucchini
✔ 1 egg
✔ 2 tablespoons oatmeal (20 gr)
✔ Half a cup of white cheese (50 gr)
✔ Parsley
✔ Salt, spices (If the cheese is salty, pay attention to the amount of salt)
✔ For cooking: 1 tablespoon olive oil
