
The original kothu roti is a Sri Lankan dish, chopped layered roti stir-fried with Sri lankan spices.
Saffron Spice Kitchen were the first to introduce the butter chicken version which got more people comfortable trying it (people love butter chicken anything), and now they've added this to their line up.
