Today I’m making a traditional Turkish dish called Biber Dolma (Turkish Stuffed Peppers). This recipe is simple, delicious, and perfect for a homemade meal.

Ingredients (for 5 peppers):
300 g ground beef
1 onion
2 tbsp rice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper flakes
Oregano
5 green peppers

For the sauce:
1 cup hot water
1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions:
First, remove the stems of the peppers.
In a bowl, prepare the filling by mixing ground beef, finely chopped onion, rice, olive oil, and all the spices. Mix everything well until combined.
Stuff the peppers with the prepared filling.
In a separate bowl, mix hot water with tomato paste.
Place the stuffed peppers in a pot and pour the sauce over them.
Cook on medium heat. Check the water occasionally and add more hot water if needed.
