
This soup is leftover from the freezer. I think it had cumin, garlic, onion, coriander, broth, tomato paste, lentils, field peas, and one other bean. I added some quinoa too. To serve I added preserved lemon paste and a drizzle of olive oil.
Canned fish: smoked trout with red chimichurri from Fishwife (just ok)
Carrots, peppers, end of an avocado.

Looks great to me! I love a veggie plate. My lentil veg soup is my ugliest soup but I do feel great when I consistently eat it a few times a week.
