Shout out to u/navy444 for reminding us about this place with their recent post that looked delicious. We popped in for a quick late dinner on Friday evening around 9pm and it was packed.
I was craving the chicken katsu I posted here a year ago but they were out which they apologized for saying that never happens. Having my heart set on a good katsu I gave this pork Donkatsu a try instead. It was just as good if not better and similar huge portion, nice crunch and super tasty with the sauce it's dressed with. Great meal for $20. We also grabbed a slice of cheesecake and Oreo cake to go which were both delicious and hit while baked at home starting our long weekend Avatar binge. This place is a tried and true Scarborough gem.
