LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — One of Las Vegas’ most iconic fine dining restaurants is set to close its doors later this year.
Le Cirque at Bellagio will permanently close after dinner service on Aug. 23, 2026, according to officials.
The restaurant, known for its classic French cuisine and colorful, circus-inspired dining room, has been a staple on the Las Vegas Strip since Bellagio opened in 1998.

Over nearly three decades, Le Cirque built a reputation as one of the city’s premier fine dining destinations, earning multiple industry honors, including a Michelin one-star rating, Forbes Five-Star rating, and AAA Five Diamond award. The restaurant was also recognized by Wine Spectator and Travel + Leisure among the top dining experiences in Las Vegas.
Bellagio officials say the space will transition into a new culinary concept, which is expected to open in mid-2027.
“Le Cirque played a pivotal role in the city’s transformation into the fine dining destination it is today,” Bellagio General Manager Mark Czerniak said. “The restaurant is an institution and has been home to many of the world’s best chefs, sommeliers, and service professionals.”
The closure marks the end of an era for the resort’s dining lineup and the broader Las Vegas restaurant scene, where Le Cirque helped define luxury dining on the Strip.
Guests looking to visit before it closes can still make reservations in the coming months, with additional details about farewell experiences expected to be announced.
