We are getting the hang of it over here. Olive oil is every bit as delicious as butter on our favorite meal of salmon fillets with goat cheese and dill, sweet potatoes and mixed vegetables.

I've lost 3 pounds – really slowly. 😂

    Looks delicious! I lost 15 lbs in the first few months on this diet.

    Salmon: seasoned with diy Emeril’s creole seasoning, sauteed in olive oil and then topped with 1 T goat cheese; baked sweet potato 30 minutes @ 400°; broccoli and cauliflower boiled in salted water for 5 minutes.
