Exactly what the title says. I'm in the market for a new propane Weber grill. Can it be hooked up to one of these propane tanks? They are currently used for the indoor propane fireplace. Splitter? I'm absolutely clueless on this, lol.

Sure can, You would find the line that feeds into the house from the regulator on the tanks and install a T and run the line from that T to the grill, with a shut off valve near the grill. Check for leaks and enjoy your grill.
