I know I started them way too early, but most of my early calwonders are flowering my question us should I be pulling these flowers off, because its very hard to do so without damaging the plant in the process (also I know I've been under fertilizing and my plants are nitrogen deficient at the moment)

They need bigger pots. Peppers will grow relative to their container so the plant thinks it reached the edge of where it can throw roots down, stopped producing those, and started diverting energy to flowering/fruiting.
