Decided to mix some Swiss favorites with a classic burger on the Weber Master-Touch. Filling the grate with a Luganighetta, a traditional pork sausage from the Ticino region (the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland). It’s usually coiled and has a lovely hint of spices. Fresh green asparagus, lightly charred for that perfect crunch. And a classic beef patty topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and onions.
